The best alpine skiers competed once again in Kranjska Gora, this time in the slalom event of the AUDI FIS Alpine Ski World Cup. This year’s edition of the competition will certainly remain a cherished memory for the Swiss skier Camille Rast, who added Sunday’s slalom victory to her giant slalom win on Saturday. Unfortunately, the five Slovenian competitors at the start did not qualify for the final run.
The steep Podkoren slope once again proved to be one of the most demanding courses on the Women’s Alpine Ski World Cup circuit.
